Redirection to Menu element after form on site

Hello,

I am working on a website on Joomla 2.5 and Sevlod V3 (french version).

After a form on website, I try to redirect to a menu element (Configuration tab -> configuration). I choose an element of the Main menu, but it doesn't work... Is it anything special to do ?

I always look for a solution. If I choose to display a message, nothing appears ... Do you have an idea ?

Hello Sebg,

"Element de menu" it's not to display the menu link, but it's for SEF url. Your parameters redirect user on the content of what he submit and try to display it for the menu item.

If you want to redirect to a specific url, you must use:

Redirct url

Ok, I understand. But when I choose 'Message' (Like your picture), Nothomb appear, no message. Where can I parameter it ?

Hi Lionel

I having a problem with the URL Redirection:

I'm using joomla 3.3 and Seblod 3.x

I have created a user registration form for the front end and I want to redirect the user to a thanks page (URL) after submitting.

I try to configure the parameter as you explain in your post, but it doesn't work I always get the message but no redirect.

Please can you tell me if there is some other parameter to set up?
