According to the changelogs for Seblod 3.3.4, you can use this new feature:
Where are the controls for this?
+ "At the right", "Popover" field description placements added.

Hi cubist,
In your Field, you can add a description for example, you have First_name, then in the description, you can add the description :"this is my first name".
Then, in the Template settings of the Form, Fields > Show Description >Popover
