If I save the name John Smith in a text field It saves like this
::cck::3::/cck::John Smith
What is causing that?

is it in every field you make ie
standard | article | custom_field etc

it depends on the field storage,if you have chosen introtext column as field storage than this would be correct, see manual

Thank you. I am trying to rebuild a SEBLOD system on another site and I am not sure why I have changed the Storage to introtext. Thank you. It fixed the field putting back to name.
