Hi
Could you maybe help me out with something
Im working on a website which uses Seblod and im having trouble using the SD concat field.I can define a field and add it to the Adminform view and the content view, but it does not show up on the website on the content view.
As a test ive filled in $date||$time in Fields. I don't edit any other field.
After doing that i save the content type.
Then i edit an article of that content type in the joomla admin via content - article manager and a click on the article.I edit an other field.
My SD Concat field is not visible here (as it should be) and press save and close
Then i go to my front end website and open the content view of that article.I expect to see my SD concat field but i do not see it.
I'm working on Joomla! 2.5.17 , PHP 5.3.27 and have Seblod 3.2.1 installed.If i look at the SD concat field plugin it's access is set to public

Hi,
this field is not rendered - it just combines values from other fields and stores them, this is explained in detail on the product page:

So you mean this field is invisible in every view?
So what do i have to do to show the information in this field on the content view?

content view?create an another field "input text" with the same storage, place it in content view to get data from DB

Hi,
this field is to be used on the forms to store some information,e g. to standard.article.title storage (if you are creating a title from multiple fields on the page). To display this value on the frontend you would need to add new text field in the content view and select the same storage setting (standard.article.title)
