My contact form Seblod create me an (empty) article automatically (type "2017-11-26-21-51-18") for each contact

This is what happens in Joomla by default when you don't have a field to specify article title. You can add it and using conditionals and/or computation rules set some other field to fill it.
I therefore added a field "Article Title (Administration tab) but always creating empty article.

So, again and again for hours searching for a simple de-selection for not having empty article.
A lot of problem for this form of mail we get tired less with the default Joomla form.

Again: you can't turn this off, article title is required by Joomla itself and if it empty it gets replaced by the timestamp.
For conditionals and computation read attached manuals, idea is to fill article title with the content from other field(s)

Others might not consider this a problem - item titles with timestamps are fine for the most users for contacts

Using : box 'Administration', I insert the field "Article Title (Back-end) (text)" and I "replaces" this field " through "Conditional States" functions.
My contact item is no longer empty and contains the title with the replacement field. It's good, but...
In the list of the article titles Joomla, the timestamp is always there!
If the title is replaced as expected, then open and save the article. So, in this list article, the title is finally good, without the "timestamp" title.

Ofcourse you need to add title field and conditionals to the site form, not admin.

you must have a javascript error on the frontend, this is the only thing that can explain this as it is done client side using javascript.
I don't understand, it's a standard joomla 3.8.2 with seblod and that's all!
It is my exclusive test seblod space, precisely to avoid any conflict.
However, I have an important clue:
When I replace for "article title" variation "masked" by "value" then everything works!
Except, I can't hide the box title, raaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarg
