It appears Seblod software sends an email to: "TO (fields)" these are reliant on a form field field entry .... BUT ONLY
when it an admin "To (Administrators)" field is also CC'd.
Is this true?
All my tests seems to show without an admin included the email does NOT go out. Can a moderator confirm this?
