EDIT:
I have since discovered that you can only add a form to content or intro views.
Adding a form to an admin or site view is not possible.

I am trying but in vain to use the Form field from the SEBLOD Form & List Pack (2 plug-ins), but must be doing something incorrectly...

If I can follow some steps I and others can at least see where I/we am/are going wrong.

Possible Questions to answer

Can you add a form to a form?

Or is it only possible to add a form to a content view?

If form with in a form is possible, can you save the two forms with one submit/save button?
