I am encountering a Group X problem, wondering if anyone's experienced this ... I added 5 GroupX fields with Conditionals as follows:

Global Request (with checkbox choices A, B, C, D and E). The groupX fields below only appear WHEN A, B, C, D or E are checked, each one respectively:

• Group A
• Group B
• Group C
• Group D
• Group E

When I select Global Request: choice "A", Group A field appears, if "B", Group B appears, etc..

However, for some reason, e.g. when I use the plus links to add another instance of GroupA, it stops at 2.

I've tried assorted tests (like removing conditionals, remove all but one Group X type field), but it just keeps stopping at 2 instances. I have confirmed more are not hidden. I seems at one point this was working normally, but I can't recreate it.

Is there cache I need to purge? Tried joomla cache.
Other ideas? Are there too many fields? There are only about about 30 fields. Each GroupX type field contains 4-6 fields each. Thx!
