How to get a ACL secure uploaded files link ?

Hi,

We use upload+jquery upload.

We get the url for teplating with this code : $fields["u_util_jquery_docs_upload"]->value[0]->value

But like this we get the direct doc link which is impossible to secure. How can we get a secure link ?
