I found the answer:

ADD NEW FIELD TO CONTENT VIEW 

in the list of available fields you can create there shoukd be something like:

SEBLOD

Form

List

Choose 'form' and there will be a place to enter the machine name of your form ie 'my_form'. I think it is 'default value',

So what do you have?

Have you got a form or a list?

Is your form embedded in a Admin or Site view, or a Intro or Content  view?

Any difficulties or did you see the form / list straight away?

If you have a form embedded in an Admin or Site view, does the 'save/submit' button on parent form save data on both forms at the same time?
