Hi everyone,

Been trying to import 123 records as Joomla users via the importer add-on, but with no success so far.
All the column headers on the CSV match existing fields associated with the content type User.

This is the list of column headers:
user_address1;user_address2;user_city;user_country;user_email;user_first_name;user_phone;join_date;user_last_name;middle_name;national_number;spouse;user_region;status_dar;work_phone;user_postal_code;spouse_suffix;user_username;user_password

And this is how the import setting look like:

Regrettably, the log does not show any error message. It's just an empty CSV file with all the column headers in place.

Am I missing some mandatory field?

Environment:
SEBLOD 3.8.3
SEBLOD Importer 1.7.1
Joomla 3.6.0

Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi,

first try latest seblod, also seblod is not tested to work with 3.6 yet so try if it works with latest from 3.5 series.

Correction. The website in question is still running on Joomla 3.5.1

Still, I have updated SEBLOD to 3.8.4, but got the exact same result.

Successfully Imported. 0 item(s) created, 0 item(s) updated, 123 item(s) cancelled. ( Log )

Thanks for your kind assistance.

I've changed the names of the column headers to reflect the actual names of the columns on the database, but still get the same error.

Here's a sample of the CSV file.

address1;address2;city;country;email;first_name;phone;join_date;last_name;middle_name;national_number;spouse;region;status_dar;work_phone;postal_code;spouse_suffix;username;password
Priors XXXX, Hellidon XXXX;Priors MarXXX;South;United Kingdom;juXXXXX@gmail.com;Judith;01327 XXXXX;12/08/2007;Adams;Jones;85XXX;David ZXXXX;Warwickshire;A;;CV47 XXX;;85XXXX;85XXXX

Even the simplest CSV file, with only 4 basic columns and 1 record, leads to the cancellation of the import.

The file in question looks like this:

username;password;city;email
dummy;dummy;dummy;dummy@p.pl

The only documentation I've found says nothing about mandatory headers for user import.

At last I've found a CSV file format that SEBLOD accepts.
My previous versions of the file missed the name field and a few other technical headers (although I believe that the name field is truly the culprit).
