This would be a simple request I think.
I simply do not want to list content types that has a certain field blank. In this example, I want to list properties that are available and to do that, the text field called "Available" has to have something in order to trigger that the property is available.

You can't do that from overrides, you need to set the right matching on the field in search&list type.
