Hi,
I have this very strange problem.
I have 2 email fields in my form, one is set on new form submission and the other is set on edit.
I also have a SD Concat field in the form.
When the concat field is included like so #concat_field# in the massege area of the email field which is set for new form submissions the value is rendered OK in the email, but not rendered at all in the email which is received on edit.
Could you check what's wrong and fix this issue please?

I short, you also need to set SD concat to work on edit, by default it is only used on add.
