New seblod add-on: http://www.codigoaberto.pt/extensions/com_cck_populate.zip
The addon will sync your free custom table info to cck_core table. You can do only one time or use the link provider in list to use in cron.
It support multiple free object content types.

Just noticed the following bugs:
- the content type does not get written in the cck column of #__cck_core
- running the cron more than once its adds the records again
- in addition to that I run in a Server timeout - maybe caused by limited power of my hosting environment.
To All: To use go to the Seblod main screen. On the left hand side column you'll see a COM_CCK_POPULATE Link in the SEBLOD MORE section. Click and enter the plugins configuration screen.
