The main key here is in your send email link, how do you make the link ? Does it also send the id of  the content type ? Do you have sd concat field installed ?

The send email link just takes you to the Contact Form.  I do not know how to send the id.

I now have SD Concat Field plugin installed.  :):)

Well i assume that your Contact List is a Seblod List with seb_blog as the template, Correct ?
The Send Email is a Free Text Field, Correct ?
And the links generated from the (2)-Views, Correct ?

if none of the three above correct, please explain me your setup.. as different setup might require different strategy

• Contact List is a custom list template.
• Send Email - Free Text Field - YES
• Send Email link - #2 is Form + [open to suggestions here!]

Okay.. if you want to do this you need to create 2 different content type... one for Contact Listing and one for Contact Form.. if you use the Link - Form.. it mean you accessing the site form to manage contact listing which is not the way you want it.. the freetext should be link to Contact Form Content Type... do you understand this concept ? let me know if you not follow the idea

OK.. I have 1 Form and Content type for the Contact Form and 1 for the Contact Listing.

I created a Free Text Field in the Contact Listing with Option#2, Form +, Content Type (Form) = Contact Form
