should not be the solution to modify the db is not a good solution. And often rename the content type. Hopefully there is a better solution. I so far have only managed to editing the database, table editing: #_cck_core_types. But I think that's not the right way.

If I remember right, the assets table needs updating, too, maybe 'versions' table as well
