is it possible to create a custom SEF link for seblod list search parameter?

for example, i have a product list, with a custom field "color" for each article

To access the seblod list, the url will be "/product-list/"

if i apply the seblod list search field "color" to "red", then it will turned into "product-list?product_color=1"

is it possible to create custom / with pattern so it will automatically translate the link for seblod list? 

[for example, "/product-list?product_color=1:red" to "product-list/red"]

This will help SEO a lot because i dont need to make separate menu/item id per search result/category
