When I select a Seblod article for a menu item as a single article,
it gives me an option to edit that article from within that page in the backend.

Problem:
Even if configurated in the Seblod options that an article is always to be edited with Seblod,
here the standard Joomla! article editor is presented.

Can I configure something to change this behaviour or is Seblod not able to handle it yet?

Hello! I tested it on my side like you described but don´t have this issue. Do you have the actual Version of Seblod 3.3.7. ? Which Joomla Version do you use? Is your "site form" tab of your content type filled with the fields?

I am using the recent Joomla 3 and Seblod version.

The fields are there, it's the original Seblod article content type.

Sorry, now i understand what you mean. Actually i haven´t seen this feature before in Joomla :-) I think it´s something to be added to the bug tracker, because the edit link is in fact leading to standard joomla content edit form.

Hi Klas, that´s what i was thinking about as well. But he means something else. In the backend you have an edit button in the menu item next to the article you selected. It doesn´t work there.

In the article manager, clicking on an article language association link

opens the standard Joomla editor, too.

Hi

In fact I think I didn't understand your issue and thought it was the same than mine. I am in the process of updating joomla and forgot some files.

Sorry for the inconvenience
