Hello everyone,
I have the same problem as paulbr in this forum.
I have a custom register form (Object: User), which has up to version 1.7.2 always works fine.
After upgrading to versions 3.8.3 no longer works (not display)
The solution is to go to Joomla User manager->Options and allow user registration. But I must revalidate this option everytime I go to the register form... If I
don't do that the form is not displayed.... It's a big problem
If anyone can help me.... thanks in advance

Yes, you need to allow user registration, but you need to do that only once, you need to find out why this value is not saved on your site.
