All forms on my system have stopped working. When I click to create a new form or edit an existing one, I’m redirected to the homepage, and any changes I make in creating or editing are not saved.
I’ve already changed the template, updated the PHP version, created a new form from scratch, removed all JS code used for date formatting and masks, replaced the submit button, adjusted the PHP upload and max-input settings. But none of this worked.
Could anyone help me with more ideas on what might be causing this?
The forms were working fine, but I took a break from this project, and now that I've returned, I found they’re not functioning.

Are you using php8.2 ?
I have already made several changes to php 7.4, 8.0, 8.1 and 8.2, but the problem persists.
Does anyone have any ideas on what I can check? I've changed the template, changed PHP versions, tested other forms, but the same thing happens in all of them.

Have you menu item for Your form?
Yes, all forms have a menu item for them
Your edit or add button (icon) must have a menu item assigned and a form selected

My button to save the form is a default button - submit
