Sorry if this sounds a bit confusing but this is realy two questions in one
1) Is it possible to add a sub article when creating a main article?
2) Can you present the content of sub article to be included either as a list or as links within a main article?
I hope an example may help
I am creating a Tours database, and when adding the tour i want to include a list of Dates and Prices that on which the tour is available.

Well, you can try field_x or group_x.. for simple content
it's not the same as sub-article, and having multiple wysiwyg in group_x is not something that endorsed by Octopoos team
i don't think create multiple article with one push button is possible, because seblod done a lot of thing by saving/adding an article (register field, etc).. so this feature require more complexity
