Hello Seblod,

I'm urgently looking for a quick tutorial on how to set up a Search Form to search over multiple content types (not just one). What is the official Seblod way to do this?

Thanks and regards,

Bernhard

Hello Bernhard.

have you tried a Google search yet? I took the title of your thread and guess what came up as the first item? A How to.

See this link.

Hi gebeer,

thanks for the feedback. Brilliant hint - I am learning every day. ;-)

Anyways, I saw that post and I am a bit confused: Should I use one CCK field and add multiple live values like this:

Or should I use two separate CCK fields - like it is mentioned in the post:

A quick tutorial would be very helpful.

Thanks and kind regards,

Bernhard

If somebody misses the toggle link mentioned above: Its because on creation of a new List & Search Type there was no Content Type preselected. If a List & Search Type is created with a default Content Type there is an option to switch to a multiple Content Type selection.

Hi Cappu,
thanks for the hint about the toggle link.
Have you been able to get the search in multiple content types to work?
