Since I upgraded to the latest version. I can not submit a form (that is set to SAVE and REDIRECT)

I tried restoring at version 3.16.0. Also backed PHP version from 7.1 to 5.6 and still gets the error. Its all around the
t.submit is not a function error.
To further my research. I restore an older working version. and discovered that the non working one has a missing action"" in the form or at least not properly declared

Hi,
probably your upgrade was not complete or you have some 3rd party extension installed that breaks the javascript needed for form to work. Try updating again.
