Hello there!
I created a special contact form for my own needs. Having many fields I tried like in this video to have all fields on one side:
Using Bootstrap Tabs in Forms:
than I tried do same for my form:
But his is the result I got:
This is source for this site:
I tried to get answer on the german seblod forum sites... But till now there is no solution to see.
In hope I could get here help I want to please you to help to find a solution for that problem I have.

This is not a reply, more like a checklist
Have the tabs been set correctly?
ie start end etc
Have you anything that could be interfering?
