Please, I have a concern,
what is the basic structure of a seblod app?
The app folder must be saved as a sub folder of Top or App
Should all fields be saved in the same folder?
Is there a difference between creating a field from the form view and creating the same field from the items view, for example?

For app questions please see Building my first app section of manuals.
There is no difference between creating fields from those views, but if you create a field from search view it will have unlocked storage by default (vs. locked one that is default in content/form).
