Good afternoon

I would like to ow if the following is possible as a booking form

I have a set of users across the country who carry out the same task. I want to be able to build a form where the end user books a contractor as follows

1. End user selects the region of the country (drop down?)

2. A list is displayed to select the service required

3. Contact details of the client with the property to be visited are entered

4. Both the region representative and I get an email along with person booking

5. The regional rep goes in and confirm the booking from their list

Is this possible?

Yes, it is possible with seblod.

First of all read some docs and watch for some videos.
