The most of times, when I change the "search form", the template is unset after save the changes in the form, then I must to set the template and all fields again...

Hi Yego,
If you wait until the page is completely loaded, before switching the view (client), it works just fine.

I've been bit by this so many times :(. If the fields don't exist, you might hit 'save' by accident or switch from Admin to Content view and then everything's gone.
