can't update to 3.18: Unable to find install packag

Hi 

on a Joomla 3.9.14 with seblod 3.17.5 we tried to update to seblod 3.18 and we have the following message : 

Warning Joomla\Filesystem\File::delete: Failed deleting inaccessible file index.html 

Package Update: There was an error installing an extension: lib_cck.zip × 

Error Error installing package

Where should I look please?
