I need to develop a custom tour booking system, where client can book according to their total member on board, and check out with automated pricing
Basically, it was a form and data retrieval mechanism but presented on the tour booking style

Welcome to the SEBLOD forums. The best place to start is in the Manuals section. It would also be helpful for you to be familiar with the SEBLOD storage methodology in the tutorial and videos. You can also check out James' Channel.
SEBLOD uses Content Types (forms) and Search Types to manage the data. In your project, you would probably start with a Room Content Type with all of the details about that room. Then you would create a Search Type using the Room Content Type.
