I have inserted file upload field in my article. Now user can download that file.

But I would like that once user click on file download link,

an inquiry form should open user should fill that inquiry form, after that he should be able to download that file.

Is it possible or not?

From list or blog view  of your brochurs make link to your inquiry content type form. And as resault of submitting of this form show or send link.

Hi,

There is a field called 'Email' available with Seblod (Docs available).

You can use this field to send an email on submission and you can include direct link to file in the email body.

I think that would be the easiest solution that we can acheive with SEBLOD.

Actually; I have two content types:

1. Machinery Content (Link to that content)

     In the above content type there is a file upload field for brochure download.

2. Inquiry Form    (Link to that inquiry form)

• Every machine is a "Machinery Content" and have its own brochure.
  
• If a guest user comes to Machinery Content, he should see a download option.
  
• But when he clicks on download button, he should be redirected to the inquiry form, so we could collect his details before providing him download link.
  
• Once user is registered, he should be redirected back to the same "Machinery Content".
  
• Now registered user should see the download link.
  

This download link should only be downloadable by submitting the Inquiry Form.

I couldn't find any SEBLOD way to restrict download only after submitting the form.

But you can:

• Every machine is a "Machinery Content" and have its own brochure.
• If a guest user comes to Machinery Content, he should see a download option.
• But when he clicks on download button, he should be redirected to the inquiry form, so we could collect his details before providing him download link.
• Once user is submitted the inquiry form, he should be redirected back to the same "Machinery Content".
• Now this user gets an auto generated email from website with download link
