I just wanna add some fields base on joomla standard article.
So how can I clone this app?

Just make new app and make it manually, i mean in one browser window open article so you can see fields which needed and then in other window add fields to this new app.
Seems that there is no other way. I already done it.

Clone application is a false problem and don't make really sense. It makes sense only where you want to create a new app based on anther one.
You can do copy of a content type or search type but because fields can be linked to a content type (and can not be used in another one, which is normal in regards of technical and performance aspect) it's not very useful.
