I'm using Joomla 3.8.12 with Seblod 3.15 and I'm going to update it. I looked at manual about updating Seblod - here. But, in my adminpanel in Extension manager I dont see the Seblod pkg avaleble for updating, it doesnt apear there.
I can see there avaleble for update only:

pkg_cck_field_code
pkg_cck_field_restriction_joomla_acl
pkg_seb_minima
plg_cck_field_author
plg_cck_field_joomla_article
plg_cck_field_link_cck_route
plg_cck_field_link_cck_search_js

plg_cck_field_restriction_joomla_language
plg_cck_field_restriction_mobile_device
plg_cck_field_search_variables
plg_cck_field_validation_phone

So, the question is how to make the updating in correct way in such case, for example may I just copy the new files from downloaded arhive to website with overwriting or is there a better way?

You need t first update the package, if for some reason you don't see it in updater you can download it on the Seblod.com frontpage. After you updated the package you will also need to update all additional plug-ins you have installed (those that are not part of the core) with the help of Seblod updater or manually by downloading them and installing.
and don't forget to backup before you update anything..
