Hi,
I would like to upgrade from Sebold 1.6.2 (in my Joomla 1.5 site) to Sebold 3.1.5 (in a Joomla 3.x site)
Should I use some of the Sebold tools like Exporter/Importer? Exporter seems to run only in a Joomla 2.5 environment. What I tried so far was to upgrade Joomla from 1.5.26 to Joomla 3.1.6 and then install Sebold 3.1.5 in the Joomla 3.1.6 environment. That does not seem to work, as I get 404 errors, however my Joomla articles are there.
Can you point me in the right direction? Any guidance is greatly appreciated.

Hi Dennis,
Yes, unfortunatly, there is no way to upgrade easily from Joomla! 1.5 + SEBLOD 1.x to Joomla! 3.x + SEBLOD 3.x.
In order to export your content from your old 1.x website, you should use this add-on:

Hi,
The above URL references an article with a link to a beta export tool. The link produces a 404 when I click on it.
The export tool available for purchase says it runs on Joomla 2.5 or 3.x
I am confused. Is there an export tool for Joomla 1.5/Seblot 1.x?

Hi Saba,
I installed and tried various types of content for export, but I cannot seem to get past this error when I perform the PROCESS to export my content. Any ideas?
Here is the error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function CCK_DB_AssocList() in /home/royalty4/public_html/j15/administrator/components/com_cckjseblod_webservice/helpers/helper_webservice.php on line 1369

PS. I resaved my ACCESS item and now I get the following and nothing every happens. Where do I name the file I want to use for export? Did I miss a step?.

Hi All,
Just a side-note: Joomla! 1.5 & SEBLOD 1.x are not supported anymore..
But YES, we'll have a try as soon as we can (I guess we can say next week) and will let you know!
If there is a quick fix to provide on this add-on, we will do it.
