Hello. With Seblod, how to create image gallery with custom fields. i also need custom fields for every image (in the Gallery).

Hi,
I suggest you start by reading Manuals and Tutorials section of this site.
You can create simple image gallery using image field and field X plus image typography in the content view or you can use list plus appropriate template like described here https://www.seblod.com/resources/tutorials/create-slideshop-in-bootstrap-themes-from-field-x
