I am not understanding how to set the integration options for Seblod, and there could be a version conflict going on here.

We don't want Seblod to be used for regular Joomla Articles or K2 items. We do use it for custom types and forms, and to always keep our site's template.css file.

Today on my localhost, I updated my Joomla to 3.4.5 (before I saw that there was a Seblod upgrade too). When I created an article, all of my CSS classes for our site's template had been replaced with Seblod's cck classes. Basically our stylesheet was not included.

How do we set this up? I have now installed the Seblod upgrade and need some guidance.
