I am stuck with editing a multi-site configuration.
The URL [administrator/index.php?option=com_cck&view=site&layout=edit&id=1] wont show actual settings.
The Multi-site configuration can not be viewed and edited
As far as I remember, the problem has been around for quite some time. But for now I need to change some settings.
Seblod 3.17.4
Joomla! 3.9.2
Site runs on PHP 7.2.13
Tested on Chrome and FF
I am a bit clueless right now but I don't want to fiddle in the DB.

Is this on local server or some shared hosting? Try looking into web server error log and browser console what errors you are getting or contact your hoster about it.
This is an livesite on an 1&1 server. I try to get access to the error logs. There are not enabled by default.
The local console does not show any errors.
I had a look on to the DB and the fields are filled in table x_cck_core_sites.
Could it be that during an Seblod update the files for the view are corrupted or missed an update?
