Hi guys!

I just stumbled upon a critical problem. My multisites is not working in ie11 using subdomains. I guess it has something to do about the way IE handles cookies:

Have somebody experienced this before and know a fix?

What seems to be a problem?

I just tested and it works fine for me, each domain loads a different site.

First - thanks for your answer :)

The domain is http://auto8-8.no/

The links at the bottom is supposed to send visitors to the subdomains (except the last one who is an external link) like in Chrome/FF/Edge etc.

But in IE11 the page just reloads, and nothing happens. Im completely blank here since (I think) everything is done the way its supposed to be done :(

Like I mentioned - I think its cookie related, but not really sure.

Klas, did you touch any of the configuration, or was it just a straight forward setup?
(For example the alias domain, or "exclusions" in the multisite setup.)

On your site I get exactly the same sites in IE11 as on other browsers. But it seems strange all of this sites open in the same tab, they should be opening a new one for each site, I suppose you have some javascript that does this.

There is now a temporary fix which targets IE9-11 and deletes sessions on each pageload. But thats a hack - I hope a better solutions pops up someday. Thats why it works for you now.

About the tabs: Visitors will only visit one of the sites based on where they live. Its just departments of the same business. But if users comments on it, then maybe :)
