The JED was recently migrated to a completely new website. I'd say the team are still in the process of setting the new extension up on the new site. In the meantime, you can stay up to date by checking back on seblod.com

Since yesterday one can update to Seblod 3.5 from within the admin section in Joomla 3.3.6; so I did update Seblod from the previous version to 3.5. For some unknown reason the site became far more faster in the front end :) I'm very happy!
