Trying to import the Quick Folder into a fresh installation of Seblod 3.1.4 on Joomla 3.1.1 from Seblod 2.3.x / Joomla 2.5,11 leads to the following error:
"PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined method JAdministrator::get() in /var/www/devops.freebandtech.com/emsa/eprofile/20130721/tmp/install_51ec08cc3361a/extensions/install_51ec08cc65374/install/script.php on line 50"

I've solve this by eliminating calls to incompatible plugins from pkg_app_cck_quick_folder.xml
In my case, I had to get rid of the SD Concat and the Advanced Profile plugins for Seblod 2.x
