PHP Warning: fsockopen(): unable to connect to update.seblod.com:80

Hello all,

I'm on a J!3.1.x install and had SEBLOD 3.1.0.

Now I wanted to update Joomla to 3.1.5 and cannot access the Joomla update component. I get this Warning:

PHP Warning: fsockopen(): unable to connect to update.seblod.com:80

It takes ages and then I get a page with source code.

Now I manually updated J! to 3.1.5

Also I cannot discover new extensions. Same PHP Warning in error_log.

So I updated SEBLOD to 3.1.5 manually.

But still I cannot access the J! update component and cannot discover extension updates.

allow_url_fopen

for my server os on.

Any ideas? Thanks
