Did you encounter this issue with J3.7.2 + SEBLOD 3.11.x and JCE 2.6.14 or 2.6.15 ?
When you edit a field (in the field manager for example) any wysiwyg window inside a field does not display the JCE buttons but either nothing or the tinymce interface!
For example create a EMAIL field and try to edit the MESSAGE inside the field.
if you use JCE 2.6.12 the issue is gone.
I noticed this problem on several sites

Hi,
I would try at JCE side first as their change broke it.
Ok I wrote to JCE and they replied :
"This is fixed in the next update. A beta is available for testing - https://www.joomlacontenteditor.net/downloads/editor/item/jce-pro-2616-dev"
