Hi,

cant edit my articles in Joomla 3.4.0... seblod is not switching to my form.

Creating new article with my seblod form is okay, but when I'll editing the article I get the standard joomla article page!

possible that sevlod 3.5 is not compatible to Joomla 3.4.0???

Best regards

Hi All,

thank for your posts.

like said in the home page, the new realease SEBLOD 3.6 for Joomla! 3.4 is coming in a few days.

So just be patient.

SEBLOD or not SEBLOD, we advise strongly to never update Joomla! before to be sure that all extensions used are compatible.

Best regards.

Lionel

That's interesting.

I found this thread by chance and got concerned because I've just upgraded a portal from Joomla 3.3.6 to 3.4.0 and it has lots of Seblod contents. I managed to open existing Seblod articles to edit and everything went fine.

One thing to consider: on this site Seblod is still 3.4.2. My actual problem is not being able to upgrade it to 3.5.0. I don't know if Seblod 3.5.0 would work with Joomla 3.4.0.

I saw that articles are opened right in the frontend when you want to edit them, but in administrator it is getting the joomla-article set-up.

Hi! We upgraded to Joomla 3.4 as well. Did not realize we had to wait for Seblod 3.6. The frontend seems to be working fine, but clicking on the article link in the back-end opens the standard Joomla article with the cck code in the editor.

We now have a choice to either restore a backup or to install Seblod 3.6 when it comes out. But what does 'a few days' mean? When can we expect the new version?

Hi,

Like Lionel said, I never ever harry to upgrade Joomla. This is vital. How can the developers of the other extensions of Joomla, like SEBLOD know what is the new version of Joomla surprise them with. No mater how close to the Joomla project you are, you can be never certain of the out come, after an update.

So, what is the conclusion, like Lionel said: never update your Joomla before you are sure at least the major components that drive your site as SEBLOD are up to date with the current version of Joomla.
