"don't work" is not very informative, try to find out what is the cause of the problem - what is the difference between the cases when it works and when not.

my site forms contain many fields but I tried with filling only the title field to be sure the problem is not relative to a complex field : 

I've filled  the title field and clicked the save button height times to generate 8 articles exactly the same : actu1, actu2, actu3 ... and actu8

and result : only articles actu3 and actu8 are created in administration and in database, and I received an confirmation email only for actu1 and actu4 (who are not created in administration/database !)

... ?

it could be hat you are hitting some system limitation e.g. post max variables setting in php.ini, check if you can find anything in php and apache error logs (if you don't know where to find those ask your hoster for help)

Since last post, I've updated my site with joolma 3.8.13

after testing in my local site, site forms are OK, articles are well created in administration and database. When email adress for sending visitor confirmation email is with the domain name of my site, the email is sent.

When email adress for sending visitor confirmation email is with another domain name that the domain name of my site, the email is not sent.

Is this bug due to the local site, and will be solved in my online site?
