Hi Friends!

I am trying to create a simple student information system with seblod. In this app there are only three tables:- 

  1. students (id, name, fnam, contact_no, address, course_name, photo)
  2. main_fees (total_course_fee, discount, payable_fee, registration_fee, exam_fee, balance_fee)
  3. monthly_fees (month1_fee, month1_receipt, m1_date, m2_fee, m2_receipt, m2_date, .......................m12_fee, m12_receipt, m12_date)
  4. list and search:
    1. Student name wise search
    2. course wise search
    3. date wise search
    4. daily fee collection details (I don't know how to get this?)
    5. balance fee details (I don't know how to get this?)

It would be very helpful if anyone can give some idea about this.

Hi,

this is a bit unclear, how do 4 and 5 from lsit and search relate to 1-3 ?

Somehow I have created the app, but some forms/ lists are in app folder and some are in quick folder, so, I am not able to merge the forms/ lists into a single folder and can not export it as a single app.

However, I can show the screenshot here

One more thing I need to integrate is "Attendance" system.

for this I need to create a list of date & class/ course wise students containing a field for P/A (Present/ Absent).

But I don't know how to make a search & list with an editable select field and submit button which will submit the entire list as a record. (or any other solution)

It would be very helpful if someone can guide...

Hi there,

You can change all of the app folders of your SEBLOD elements by going in to each (Content Types, List & Search Types, Fields, etc.) and changing the app folder setting at the top. Then you can export it all as a single App. Please see the attached manual as well for creating an app folder.

Regarding your second question, currently you cannot edit and save items directly in a List view. You must click through to each record and edit their attendance information. OR you can use a combination of SEBLOD importerexporter to manage this information in a bulk way.
