I have completed this tutorial:

Next I attempted this:

The second video adds a category to the contact form, however my attempt leaves me with a blank select element.

If I select the option of 'value' in the the Variation column of my site form the I see the category 'enquiries', otherwise 'hidden', default', 'readonly' show nothing.

Any one else have the same experience or magically know what I might be doing wrong?

I am going to repeat the process, hope someone can throw some light on this... :)
