I have some questions About indexing When 

I use SEBLOD to create the URL> Site / ITEM-menu (list SEBLOD) / article

When I use Joomla> site / category (blog or Joomla list) / article

In webmastertools (google) the sitemap only shows URLS with site / category (blog or Joomla list) / article

Is there a problem? I have to use the URL of Joomla standard? or use the default
SEBLOD> Site / ITEM-menu (list SEBLOD) / article

The site will have problems with indexing in search engines?

Someone already indexed with standard SEBLOD? Site / item-menu (list) / article 

If someone did something different which overall result in search engines?

I always do standard Joomla site / category (list or blog) / article

I want to change!
