Why is SEBLOG content not Public?

Hello all,

Regular articles created with the core display to the public.

http://181.224.134.27/~jottopia/j3/index.php?option=com_content&view=featured&Itemid=101

But the categories and articles created using Seblod are not visible unless logged in:

http://181.224.134.27/~jottopia/j3/index.php?option=com_content&view=category&id=24&Itemid=404

Category 24, Menu 404 and all the articles have their access set to Public.

I can't find out why there is a difference and where to change the access settings.

Not sure yet, why but it is a template issue. When I switched to Protostar all SEBLOG content became Public accessible again.
