Hi,
I have to change contents depending on a search parameter, using a before render field. How can I access the search parameters from within the list items?

Search parameters are part of the url, so you can get them using JInput.

They are part of the url - as long as the user fills out the search form. In my case I set live values in Joomla! menu item. These parameters appear as values in the search form, but they are not in JInput. I have to receive them in another way.

I stumbled about the same problem. Is there a solution to access the parameters set in a Joomla menu item?
