Each time I try to create a new list object for a content type, I receive the following error and it fails to save the form. I cannot find the entries in the DB '
xpro_cck_core_versions' , not sure how to fix. Any ideas? Is my installation corrupt? How can I prevent in the future.
Duplicate entry '507-search-1' for key 'type_id_version' or Duplicate entry '508-search-1' for key 'type_id_version'

You should manually delete existing entry with mentioned values in #__cck_core_versions, mentioned index stores values from e_id,e_type and e_version columns.
