SEBLOD doesn't have AJAX search filtering like this, but you can set fields up to be "filters" which will reload the page with the filter applied, which will give you similar functionality.

I know its flexicontent but I prefer Seblod as the backend UI is cleaner.

But I also want something that is interactive like those hotel portals where each selection will cause the content to be filtered.

this make the browsing experience more interesting.
